A Study On Improving The Mode Of Market-oriented Employment Of University Students In China

With the reform and opening, China's university students have said goodbye to the traditional occupation assignment. And the market is becoming the basic means of a student of the basic allocation of resources. China's university students have come into a market-oriented new period.The education reform has lagged behind. Labour market mechanism is not perfect enough, the concepts of student's self-employment have not yet been fully adapted to market values. All of these have resulted in a more severe employment situation of university students and the dropping of employment rate in recent years. Employment problems faced by university students, deserves serious attention, because they not only have a bearing on the functioning of our labour market, but also to build a socialist harmonious society. From economics perspective, combining the Marxism employment theory and modern Western economics related theories, this article explains the problems and the reasons for university students on the labour market, makes some reaches into building up a uniform national university students labour market, accelerating the development of the tertiary industry and its industrial structure readjustment, enlarging effective demand in the labour force, and gives some suggestions on how to improve employment mode of our country's university students.
