In recent years, the employment rate of college graduates has been hovering at around 70%, by the end of 2008, it is estimated that there is one million college graduates failed to employment, and in 2009 will have nearly 6,110,000 college students out of campus. The employment pressure the graduates facing has been growing. Lots of factors resulted in students' employment difficulty, which is including government decision-making, education, college students themselves, the micro-economies, as well as macro-economic and so on.Traditional neoclassical economics assumed that the labor market is a perfect competition as a whole, which had played a positive role at a certain historical period. But in our country, under the present circumstances, this assumption can not meet the economic analysis need. In today's China, the labor market has been clearly emerging the situation of internal partition. The labor market segmentation studies at home and abroad, the segmentation caused by a variety of factors. Researching that the labor market splited from professional level have been verified in some developed and developing countries. In domestic, however, the related research is on the stage of beginning. Study the problem of employment of university student from the perspective of labor market segmentation at the profession level is uncover yet.In this paper, author pays attention to the prefeesion as an improtant factor for the labor market segmentation, combining with employment and unemployment, such as theoretical analysis of the problem of employment of university students. In that case, the existence of our country's professiotional division of the labor market? What different labor market characterise respectively? Professiotional labor market segmentation affect the employment of university students? How the university students to be hired at the primary and secondary markets, respectively? What are influencing factors in the process of job finding, different labor market income, job characteristics, job stability and other characteristics, or some others? How the college students employment affected by the labor market segmentation in profession level? Dose China's current policy of the Graduate Employment effects? How to improve the employment situation of university students? By studying authors hope that more than a series of questions to answer.Based on the theory of labor economics, the author study and analyse the graduates employment by the following methods: Substantial research by reading literature, absorbing the results of economists' research home and abroad, collected substantial statistical data, empirical analysis and normative analysis, qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis of combining research methods. Hope to find out a new labor economics theoretical framework to analyse the university students employment, and hoped that the framework can be more widely applied to other areas of employment.
