The Study Of Rural Public Goods Supply Effectively After Tax Reform In China

Rural public goods supply situation is a key indicator to measure the rural economy and social development. Effective supply of rural public goods is of great significance to the sustainable development of rural economy, farmers' living standard and the realization of the new socialist rural construction. But for a long time, China's rural public goods supply is in shortage, which gets even worse after the tax reform. In this paper, based on the previous research, we do an in-depth investigation and study. We start from the fundamental contradictions in the supply and demand, and use the theory of Marxist politics and economics, as well as the integrated Public Economics and system theory. We give a better deeply perspective with theoretic analysis and empirical study. We systematically analyze the problems and causes in the rural public goods supply after the tax reform. We propose a new way to ensure the effective rural public goods supply by implementing and adjusting the related rural policy, improving rural economy and the organization of farmers.
