Thesis mainly researches the following content.Firstly, this paper analyses the management technology development status andapplication status at home and abroad of PLM, and introduces the development process ofTeamcenter system platform and composition of system architecture and solutions.Secondly, according to the actual situation of mold enterprise, PLM system platformcan be constructed. Information management models are established including personneland organization management model, product structure management model, version model,and do secondary develop based on actual work need to platform of enterprise. Meanwhile,CAD, CAE and CAM system software are integrated and make a convenient to enterprisefor collaborative design and manufacturing.Thirdly, according to the process requirements of mold enterprise, workflow templateand change process templates are customized in PLM system platform in order toconvenient to enterprise users.Finally, based on actual design and manufacture status of mold enterprise, theconcrete implementation process of the project were explained and obtained application inpractice, and constructed enterprise design, manufacture, assemble and after-sale service asa unified platform.
