Foreign trade has been one of the major power of our national economic development. The specialized foreign trade enterprise contributed a lot for our country, pushed China into the series of large trade countries. Depending on the advantage of brand, market, human resource and so on, specialized foreign trade enterprise will still take the responsibility for maintaining and guiding our foreign trade's exist and development.Only three years after acceding to the WTO, our foreign economic environment has changed a lot. Foreign trade presents very fast development tendency so as to many kinds of enterprises have joined the ranks of competitors. But facing new competitive environment, our specialized foreign trade enterprise's development is much lower than others.On the basis of relevant theories of core competences and the concrete conditions of the specialized foreign trade enterprise, the core competence of the specialized foreign trade enterprise was analyzed systematically, and the corresponding countermeasure of developing it was put forward. First of all, specialized foreign trade enterprises being in the link of circulation, the 3 main factors influencing core competence of specialized foreign trade enterprise was proposed, namely enterprises' system, organizational form and human resources management which have formed the theory frame of this thesis; And then, through an analysis of successful experience of comprehensive company of Japan , a series of helpful experience was received ,and the theory frame was confirmed. Finally, Carried an overall analysis on how to structure and cultivate core competence of the specialized foreign trade enterprise under the environment of new competition were carried on.
