New products are like enterprise's fresh blood, products innovation is one of the main activities of enterprises, and the customer requirements have important and strategic significance in product innovation. The paper studies the dynamics of customer's requirements and its orientation function in products innovation, hoping to develop some meaningful conclusions to domestic enterprise.The thesis proceeds with basic theories of customer's requirement and products innovation, the dynamics characteristic of customer's requirement, analyses customer's requirement influence factor in details, put forward the concepts of"endogenous customer's requirement"and"external customer's requirement"and a customer's requirement dynamic management model; In direction of customer's requirement application, considering that customer's requirement has obvious differences at different customer relation stage and different products life cycle, it puts forward enlightenment to products innovation; it studies embodiment of customer's requirement in each procedure of products innovation and embodiment in different kinds of products innovation. It gives a case analysis of the project of a"courtyard hotel"; finally, as the appendix, it makes suggestion of promoting Chinese enterprises'ability of carrying on autonomous innovation.The innovation of this thesis lies in that: Pointing out that customer requirements vary at different stages of Customer relationship and different stages of product innovation; the systematic research of customer's requirement influence factor and putting forward the concepts of"endogenous customer's requirement"and"external customer's requirement"; and then raising a"customer's requirement dynamic management model"; analyzing the orientation function of customer requirements in every procedure of products innovation systemically.
