Study On Performance Evaluation For Supply Chain Based On Matter-Element Model

Under the global economy, the competition between the supply chain is becoming increasingly fierce, in order to improve the competitiveness of the supply chain, there must be effective management and integration of thesupply chain resources, to realize the best overall benefits. And performance evaluation of supply chain is one of the effective means of supply chain management, it has been the focus of enterprise managers and scholars, so it is of practical significance and theoretical significance to its research.Based on the understanding of relevant theories and methods, focused on the systematic analysis and comparison of current research on performance evaluation of supply chain, then proposes the improvement measures for its shortcomings, mainly include the following contents. The supply chain performance evaluation system is divided into three levels,and starting from the three level perspective, considering many factors,constructs the index system of performance evaluation of supply chain; Using the matter-element theory put forward by the scholars in our country, combining the performance evaluation of supply chain and the matter-element, build the matter-element model of supply chain performance evaluation; According to characteristics of matter-element model evaluation, reference yaahp software, use AHP to determine the index weight; With a domestic electrical appliances enterprise as an example, the matter-element model of the specific application of supply chain performance evaluation example. Through the comparative analysis of the evaluation results,we get the following conclusions:①The performance for supply chain of the electrical appliances enterprise lies in a high level, including the results layer and the supply layer are in a high level, the operation layer is in a medium level.②The matter-element model can evaluate not only the overall performance for supply chain but also the individual indicators’ ones from comparing the result of calculation with the actual situation.
