| Based on the economical analysis on the innovative organization, this dissertation discusses the following topics: firstly, summarizing the research history and actuality of innovation theory and organizational economics; secondly, giving a specific definition to innovative organization; thirdly, researching on the organizational models, summing up the characteristics of traditional organizational models and disclosing the inherent differences between innovative organizations and traditional organizations; fourthly, establishing the management model of innovative organization; fifthly, putting forward the new analysis paradigm of innovation and giving the economical analysis on the management model of innovative organization; sixthly, giving empirical analysis on management model of innovative organization.This dissertation achieves the following results: firstly, describing specifically the theoretical frontier of research of innovation and organizational economics and evaluating precisely on the reality of them; secondly, giving a definition of innovative organization from the aspects of core fountain of innovation, content of innovation and scale standard of innovation; thirdly, establishing the Inner-and-Outer Win-Win Model of Innovative Organizations, which is based on the inherent differences between innovative organizations and traditional organizations; fourthly, after the research on Human Capital Theory and on the functions of human capital in innovation, establishing the Human Capital Paradigm of Innovation Analysis-Enterprise Competence Model Based on Human Capital; fifthly, setting up the evaluation model of innovative organizations and its index system; sixthly, giving the economical analysis from the Inner-and-Outer Win-Win Model of Innovative Organizations on the influence on inner part of organizations; seventhly, giving the economical analysis from the Inner-and-Outer Win-Win Model of Innovative Organizations on the influence on outer part of organizations; eighthly, proving empirically the Inner-and-Outer Win-Win Model of Innovative Organizations after the research on 20 famous innovative organizations. |
