Research On The Innovative Mechanism And Innovative Model Of Enterprises' Organization Based On The Angle Of Knowledge

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge as the most important element of social production promotes enterprises'growth in a new track. Thus the enterprises'organization innovation has been highly concerned. On one hand, it becomes the hot spot in theory study. On the other hand, domestic and foreign enterprises have set off a new upsurge of organization innovation. However, the result is so unexpected. Only a few of them succeeded, most of them failed, some enterprises even disappeared in the stage of history. People can not help pondering the questions such as why the traditional enterprises'organizations face crisis, how should the enterprises engage in enterprises'organization innovation in the era of knowledge economy, and what role the knowledge plays in this process.Grounded on the knowledge theory, enterprise theory, organization theory and innovation theory, taken the status and role of knowledge as the logical line, this paper makes research on the innovative mechanism and innovative model of enterprises'organization innovation from the angel of knowledge. Firstly, it elaborates on the content of knowledge from the knowledge theory, then it analyses the relationship between knowledge and the historical evolution of enterprises'organization innovation with historical research method. Secondly, it details the enterprises theory based on knowledge, exploring the relations among the knowledge and enterprise'nature, boundary, difference and decision-making power. Then it proposes the picture of innovative mechanism of enterprises'organization based on the angle of knowledge. In the course of study, it divides the affecting factors into the change of external environment and the stock of enterprise's knowledge. Combining the static analysis and dynamic analysis methods, it proposes institution adjusting cycle, technology leading cycle, organization's fundamental factors inducing cycle, the enterprise's development leading cycle and the dominant cycle. Thirdly, through the analysis of the existing four typical organizational innovation models, it proposes the basic assumptions and principles, builds the integration model of enterprises'organization innovation based on the angle of knowledge.
