Research Of Industry Transformation Model For China Sourced-typed City

The resource-based city usually develops through its congenital resource advantage. Since the establishment of China, the resource-based city has made important contribution for economic development and modernization of our country. During the changes of economic system, market demand and dry-up of resources, Lots of problems have appeared in the developing process of the sourced-typed cities. Industrial set-ups have been unitary. The degree the cities depend on resources is excessive. The environment pollution is serious. The laid-off workers are increasing. The capabilities of cities are declining. These problems have restricted the development of sourced-typed cities extremely. Some resources have already dried up, which lead to the decline of the cities' industries. Moreover these cities have important effect on the development of regional economies. It is an important issue to avoid the declining of cities' economy and realize the sustainable development of the area.This paper adopts standard and example analysis to analyze the current situation of the country's sourced-typed cities. Furthermore, it analyzes the internal model of transforming system of the sourced-typed cities and makes some suggestions accordingly. The cases of industry transformation in America, Germany, Japan and China are analyzed. The approaches to industry transformation are compared from government function of industry transformation, adjustment measures for industry at low ebb. The countermeasures are put forward for industry transformation of resource-based cities in China.Based on the experiences and lessons of the transformation process of home and abroad sourced-typed cities, this paper suggests the principals, opportunities and models of the current situation and industries transformation of the Chinese sourced-typed cities for the references.
