Because retail industries is the end of realizing commodity value, the previous connect so many supply dealer, on the down connect more customers, so abundant kinds of commodities, so frequently business everyday, all of which make the conformity of supply chain become more and more important for operation benefit.Supply Chain and maneuverability in practice are simultaneity, with the development of Supply chain, which grew up profiting from transportation and the research focus on the supply chain conformity of entity. With the development of the technology of electron and communication, especially from twenty century ninety years on, the conformity of supply chain start to use the up to date the technology of communication and network, which expands the field of supply chain, and enlarges the benefit, even can the degree of the operation for corporation surrounding the supply chain system.This text is just research on the conformity of supply chain, which is based on the retail and supply in retail industry. In my research, Firstly, I analyzed the actuality of the retail supply chain in domestic and overseas, summarized the advantage of the retail industry form overseas investment, and found out the shortcoming of our corporation. Secondly, according to the trend of supply chain in world, I brought forward the mode of supply chain drive by process, and research on how to put the mode in practice with the help of the technology of communication and network and make it implement excellently. At last, I checked up my theoretic idea, viz. using this mode to "the YanSha shopping city", then compared differ from use or not.
