Research On Risk Management Of Science And Technology Funds Based On AHP

In traditional funds management of science and technology projects, it obviously lacks of the tracking and using of results from past projects, and supervision mechanism, etc. This can not adapt to the need of modern funds management of science and technology projects fully.As a part of the DSS (Decision Support System) of management of science and technology funds, the paper is to make risk management of the funds which are invested by government and support the research of science and technology projects. Firstly, the paper introduces the theories of project management. Then according to the risk part of project management, it brings forward the concrete method and process of making risk analysis of science and technology projects, referring to risk identification, risk assessment, risk evaluation and risk monitoring. Finally, it describes the whole process and result of risk analysis of a software project, combined with AHP. The example is helpful to comprehend the thinking and method that the paper proposed deeply.The thinking of sorting of science and technology projects is first bring forward in this subject, making the research be more deep and concrete. Because the fields of science and technology projects are very wide and science and technology projects in different fields have different characters, the potential risks of them are different. Without sorting traditionally, the evaluation index systems will be same, which will make the research pointless.
