The Logistics Management Research Of Grain Enterprise In China

Logistics are resource of third profit. Logistics are not only economize the cost of management in company, but also improve modernization of grain circulation. It is useful for effective utilization of resources. Because management pattern of planned economy exist in china for long time, the modern thinking of logistics management in grain corporations still are lack. Because the logistics systems have little innovation consciousness, these restrict development of logistics management in grain corporations. In order to solve macroscopic and microscopic contradictions in grain logistics, I put forward some suggestions. The strategy of logistics management in corporations is very important. In the dissertation, search how to set up logistics strategy, discuss innovations and development of logistics strategy. As for grain corporations how to decide logistics pattern, I analyze three kinds of logistics pattern, put forward elements of influences and choosing way in grain corporations. In the management of logistics cost, I introduce EOQ model. It will be the new method for scientific decision of logistics management in grain corporations.
