First of all, the thesis collects and analyzes the relevant research papers on reformation of rural land system. After an overall comparison among the three main reform thoughts of state-owned land system, private-owned land system and collective land ownership system, the thesis points out that collective land ownership system is generally suitable for our current productivity level, so we should insist on the current system. At the same time, we find that some concrete forms of collective land ownership system can not meet the demands of the development of the productivity in the new age, so we should try to seek the effective realization form of collective land ownership system to perfect it. Then under the guidance of materialism historical value system, the thesis defines the scientific concept of realization form of collective land ownership system.
