Agriculture is the foundation of national economy and social development, this is an important ruleof the economic and social development revealed by the marxism. China,as a large agricultural nation,hasa large population in which rural people accounts for more than70%of the proportion.Therefore the basicstatus of agriculture is more important. The development of the rural economy and the improvement offarmers’ income level, and rural ownership and its form of realization are closely related.The key to solvethe problem of countryside, agriculture and farmers is to solve the rural land problem.As for our country itis to achieve the sustainable development of rural economy and the socialist modernization constructionand lay a solid foundation. In2011the central economic work conference points out:"to stabilize andimprove the basic system for rural operations, fulfill steady exploring rural collective economy effectivelyform, to encourage the development of farmers’ professional co-operatives, improve agriculturalsocialization service system for farmers, provide low cost and facilitation of production and operation ofthe service." Reform is the power of development, the present stage of our country rural land organizationform and management way is reform and innovation. The rural collective land ownership reform andinnovation,the key to solve the forementioned problem,is to realize our country agriculture modernizationand socialization, Promoting the sustainable economic development as the inevitable requirement ofindustrialization, is the important guarantee.This paper is based on the marxist economics related-theory as a foundation,marxist dialecticalmaterialism and historical materialism as guidance, using normative analysis and empirical analysis withthe combination of research methods, a detailed explanation of the marxist classical writer on agriculture and related theory about socialist Lenin Stalin of agriculture’s theory, and the Chinese scholars about ruralcollective land ownership reform of some of the viewpoints statement. This paper analyzes our countrysince the establishment of the rural land ownership and its realization forms of all previous reform both thepositive and negative aspects of the analysis which is a detailed explanation and analysis on the landreform, cooperative and people’s commune period of rural land ownership and its realization forms ofpositive aspects and defects, and that the cooperative road and direction is the right point of view.Especially since the reform and opening to the family responsibility system of detailed analysis, familyresponsibility system because of the ownership and the right of management separation, realization andfarmers and production material of direct union, broke the people’s commune two-phase situation, toimplement the distribution according to work and the distribution system, which is the liberation anddevelopment of the productive forces, is to promote the great development of rural economy; But thefamily responsibility system made great achievements at the same time, with the development ofproductive forces, its defects and shortcomings appeared gradually, main performance in the property rightis not clear and the main body fause, circulation mechanism not perfect.Besides,the instability and contractbackward production mode also hindered our country agriculture industrialization and the development ofmodernization. Through the analysis of family responsibility system and two field system, scale operationin practice, and some other appeared in some of the collective ownership of realization, and by the marxisttheories this paper come up with the basis of the rural land ownership and its realization forms of reformideas.Due to the distribution adjustment function of collective land ownership, it is the wealth of societyand distribution fairness of social providence the system guarantees, it also has social security and thefunction of the unemployment insurance, so we should insist.Although there are property, management, requisition, management, and other aspects of the problem of the present rural ownership from its ruralland ownership, the problem is not the collective ownership itself.Changing these abuses doesn’t mean thatthe authority of land belongs to completely change, but according to the agricultural socialization, market,and the law of the industrialization of rural collective land ownership of the necessary reform, the problemis how to realize the collective ownership of active exploration of problems, and make continuousimprovement and development.
