Use Right Of Rural Collective Land Ownership Registration And System Platform Design

China is an agricultural country,the rural land problem is related to the country's basic stability environment.Land problems existing in our country is mainly reflected in solving problem of peasant land ownership,ownership problem to solve is the protection of basic rights and interests of farmers' land,so after the central several national nature of land survey,the need to address the problem can not only promote the agricultural fast development,also can greatly promote rural problems to solve.So with the central policy as a benchmark,the implementation of nationwide land is indeed the right to work is an urgent and key hard task.The paper is mainly through to analyze the problems existing in China's landisindeed the right to work and to change the ownership of rural land,rural environmental problems of land ownership problems influence are analyzed,to determine the basic contents of the land ownership,collective land ownership of the work after the issuing of importance,is designed based on the combination of GPS and GIS technology in the land ownership system platform to ensure land ownership,complete.The system platform design,including land information acquisition,mapping for spatial information processing,land database design,GPS land data acquisition part in the GPS grid layout ways to collect data information;spatial land data standardization of mapping and package after the land information of GIS.Finally the data is sent to the database for storage and management,the design model of the system platform is a universal property of the system platform,has certain scalability and portability,for future system technology updates and new technologies added play basis.The specific analysis of the land ownership of platform software architecture design,determine the each module functions and implementation process to determine the rural land ownership and the specific process of land transfer process,the protection of the rights and interests of the farmers' land to the vital role.
