Market Economy is characterized by its main actor---organization instead of individuals and governments, especially the circulated organizations which have a great deal with the efficiency of the operation of economics, because market is embedded everywhere with circulated organizations. As a result, the path of circulated organization was analyzed in this dissertation to explain the mechanism of its evolution, including the reasons and forces, which are expected to give some insights to the innovation of circulated organizations. As the starting-point of deduce, the definition of circulated organization is very complex. In the second chapter, the definition is shaped as the institution serving for the circulating of commodity from the producers to consumers, including the business firms like retails and wholesales, even the total business industry, the associated and auxiliary organizations of these business firms, as well as the government regulations that have great influence on circulation. The mechanism of evolution is analyzed in the third and forth chapter. In the third part, the concept"embedded net"is put forward at first which works as the base of the latter analysis. Constitution and characters are described as combination of designation and self-organized, reproductive and path-dependent, and density-cycled. The results of evolution partly depend on the system of nature selection---only the organization with stronger adaptability can survive from the surroundings, and partly on organization study which influences the process of evolution, because any organization embedded in the complex environment who ignores the importance of study will be possibly passed away.Chapter five provides some insights for the innovations of circulated organizations, that is interior interact and amalgamation as well as exterior spread of the embedded net which broaden the boundary alongside of producers and consumers. At the end of this chapter, the two forms of innovation---chain stores and supply chains are illustrated to support the views above.
