Career management is a kind of human resources administrative skill and subject that the developed country raised in recent years. Career management is newer research and practice field in our country's enterprise's human resources management; very big exploration research space exists. In this research and practice field, staff's early career management is the subject for research that has the realistic meaning even more. With economic globalization and change of information technology, structural adjustment of trades and professions recombinant accelerating constantly, there is a new trend and characteristic of developing with structure changes. Under such social economic background, employees' career management have a very important meaning to bringing about an advance in employee and organization development.The new employee is the fresh blood of enterprises, and the source that enterprises keep the life. Rational personnel flow, not only can solve the problem of enterprises' personnel lack, but also can bring new vigor to enterprises. But in our country the rate of new employee who run off enterprise is very high at present. New employee jump to issue become tired to wind big problem of enterprises. How about keeping these talent here becomes one realistic question for enterprises to develop continuously in keen competition.The article uses "A" enterprise as an example, analyzing the new employee's career development needs, their self career management and the enterprise's early career management carried on them. And career development theory and early career management theories of staff have been used to analyze the example. On the basis of analyzing the characteristic of individual's job developing, the article recommends some advice to other domestic enterprises. The article proposes early career management is the key way to make new employee turn into old staff and realize development of organization, with individual together finally. The article proposes some main points of early career management systems that domestic enterprises carry on and offers some guidance of improve of early career management on the theory and practice.
