The Study Of The Management Of Benchmarking Of Dalian Power Plant

Safe and economic operation is the key to stable development of power generation enterprises. To introduce benchmarking into the safe and economic operation of local and corporate-owned power plants, especially to compare the major indicators with some outstanding enterprises in the world, to find out the differences and analyze the reasons, will effectively increase the level of operation of local and corporate-owned power plants.The thesis first analyzes the issues faced by local and corporate-owned power plants. Then combines with the case study of Dalian Power Plant, the thesis sets up a benchmarking system that targeting some major indicators of production and operation, then analyzes and finds out the problems exist in Dalian Power Plant and reasons to that.Using benchmarking theory, the thesis comprehensively researches the safe and economic operation for local and corporate-owned power plants by actual case study, and makes proposal for improvement for their production and operation.
