Research On The Integrative Operation Mechanism Of Networked Logistics Enterprises

In recent years,logistics enterprises,to meet the demand of modern market competition and offer custormized,agile,networked and flexible modern logistics service to custormers,have gradually formed business operation mode of taking the headquarter of enterprises to be command center and its sub-companies be operation centers.Nowdays,most of Networked Logistics Enterprises(NLEs) have owned logistics service networks covering regional or national markets,and their sub-node companies are adept to regional markets or a certain industry.Then,the key to increase NLEs' competition advantages relies on improving the integrated operation level of the whole logistics network.This not only involves the operation of headquarters,but also the interal operation and the coordination of their various sub-node companies and the partners.How to adapt to modern market competition,integrate the various resources of the logistics network,build a networked operation mode and realize the coordination and sharing of internal network resources have become a new problem that most logistics enterprises managers have to face.Therefore,the dissertation,by way of integrative thinking,taking the resource integration of internal organization network of NLEs as a research object,beginning from analysis of operation characters of NLEs,aiming at realizing the resource sharing, optimal allocation,synergetic service and integrative management of logistics network and making full use of theories and methods of economics,management,system science and decision science,makes a research and put forward the theory and method of integrative operation management of NLEs.To make integrative operation,NLEs,must be directed by corporate strategy to integrate its aim,information,knowledge and process,thus forming fundamental platform for integrative operation and realizing smooth flowing of all kinds of resources among the organizations of NLEs.This is the basic for integrative operation;on this basis,the key to achieve integrative operation for NLEs is,whether it has drawn suitable operation mechasims to meet the demand of NLEs' integrative operation,i.e., mechanisms of coordination,incentive and supervision,risk control and evaluation. Therefore,the dissertion puts emphasis on the integrative operation mechanism of NLEs.The research result is of great theoretical and pratical significance for logistics enterprises to integrate logistics resources,improve operation level of logistics network and accelerate logistics service innovation.The innovation in the dissertation exists in not only theoretical,but also the methodology.The dissertation has received some creative conclusions as follows:1.A theoretical system of integrative operation management of NLEs with three layers for theory,operation and aim,is put forward,based on the developing trend of NLEs and the requirement of integrative operation management.2.A comprehensive framework for NLEs' integrative operation management made up by integrative fundamental platform and core managerial mechanism is set up based on theoretical analysis and practical demands.3.As for the exact methods,a coordination-based logistics network operation system is brought out focusing on the operation characteristics of NLEs' resources decentralized and coordinative decision,thus realizing quick response to logistics service demand and dynamic reconstruction of logistics resources.Based on the evaluation requirements of NLEs,a comprehensive evaluation index and fuzzy integral evaluation method are set up to realize the evaluation of NLEs.
