With the developing of knowledge economy, the human resource has been the most important resource in enterprises. Whether the enterprises can obtain the core competence in the keen competition of the market or not mainly depends on the status of the employee management. So it is very significant to study the characters of employee management deeply in enterprises and suggest a pattern of the employee management.This paper brings forward a pattern of the dynamic employee management on the base of the inquisition and the practice of projects on human resource management that the author has attended. Moreover, this paper gives the program and methods in the dynamic people management, which are significant and valuable reference for other enterprises.
