With the development of market economy, human resources management has beenbecome the key issue for enterprises to gain its competition. This paper takes JKcompany’s employee as study objects, introduces the development of JK company andhuman resources, analyses its current salary system’s situation and problems. Basedon the detailed analysis of current position-based salary system, this paper puts forwardfour aspects need to be improved, including guiding principles, goals and detailedimplementation plan. With three based rules concerning fair, reasonable, risk-incomeequality, the paper proposes to complete the position-based salary system from positionevaluation, position level, the composition and adjustment of position-based salary.Finally the paper propose how to implement the new position-based pay and takesafeguard measures to support the improved the new salary system. |
