The Application Research Of Modern Project Management On Bus Design Management

As an important branch of management science and a practice subject, project management is being widely applied to a series of fields such as engineering, investment, information management, software engineering, industry enterprise and so on, and making further development, which saves the cost of companies, shortens the time limit for a project, improve the project quality, and creates more wealth for our country and society. So it has very important significance to study it in-depth.But, because we begin late and have little experience in the application of modern project management on bus design management, we are bewildered by making it adapt to the situation of our country and reaching the very intention of project management. Consequently, we must analyze and study it to help the bus manufacture make full use of the powerful tool--project management--and enhance their capacity on bus design.
