The Modeling And Implementing Of Assets Lifecycle Management In The Enterprise Of Telecommunication Operation

The competitiveness of enterprises is based on the integration of resources. The production and operation of the company depends on the assets in the form of material possessions of the company. In order to maximize the profit out of the economic resource, we must control and manage the assets efficiently. Especially to the asset-intensive industry, the effect of management determines the quality of goods and the level of services.The enterprise of telecommunication operation is a typical asset-intensive industry. It does not produce material, but provides the service of telecommunication network to users, and the service depends on the resource that is formed by the material assets. The level of assets management is an important factor for supplying service, so it influences the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, we must manage assets effectively and dynamically throughout the management of the telecommunication operation enterprise.At first, the paper analyzes the characteristic, the current situation and shortcoming of the assets of the telecommunication operation enterprise, based on its operation trait. Meanwhile it points out the necessity of managing assets strongly. Next, the thesis analyzes the important events of the process which the assets of telecommunication operation enterprise is formed. It discusses the management model of asset lifecycle for telecommunication operation enterprise, utilizing the theory of enterprise management, lifecycle, value chain, lean operation, telecommunication operation frame, and the method of management modeling. Then according to the aforementioned discussion, the paper discusses some advices in implementing the assets lifecycle management strategy of the telecommunication operation enterprise. Finally, this study makes the demonstration analysis practically, with the assets management strategy of A Group Company.
