Compared to the nearly 100 years developing history of management consulting industry itself in the world, China management consulting industry, created 1980s, has now been in the beginning step. With the Chinese economy developing fast, the professionals in management consulting focus currently on how the management consulting behavior is and where this industry goes on in the future, moreover, could the national management consulting develop healthy and quickly.Strengthening the internal management of these consulting firms is the precondition of their development. Local consulting firms should emphasize on the following two points: human resource management and knowledge management. Human resource management is the key; knowledge is the core. These two aspects are mutually complementary and mutually supportive. The human resource managements to recruit the candidates, who are eligible for the enterprise culture and the future development trends, evaluate and promote them, and finally cultivate them to be qualified consultants. The final values of consulting firms lie in the professional consulting talents and successful experience, and embodied in the knowledge management as well; on the contrary, knowledge management also provides the strong guarantee of high quality of consulting results.With the increasingly improvement of competence and the increasingly expansion of business of local consulting firms, they will be able to rival the famous international consulting firms.
