China's Surplus Rural Labor Transfer Study

The transfer of rural surplus labor force is one of the important strategic issues in China's economic and social development .It relations to increase the income of farmers and rural economic development and the construction of a new socialist countryside. In this paper, on the basis of research of foreign country's model and our country's transfer practice , labor transfer is analyzed of Tang Shan.There are seven chapters in this paper .The first chapter is foreword, in this chapter ,it analyses the goal and the significance of the transfer surplus labor, and makes summary of present research situation in our country and foreign countries. In the second chapter, it introduces four kinds comparisons representative rural labor force transfer theory to instruct the transfer surplus labor force in our country. In the third chapter, it introduces rural labor force transfer of other countries. The fourth chapter is the history of our country' transfer of surplus labor force, the experience tells us that we have to hold the opportunity, speeds up the countryside surplus labor force transfer. The fifth chapter is to estimate the quantity of surplus labor force in Tang shan, it is the based on analysis situation in Tang shan. In the sixth chapter , according to some general questions of Tang shan as well as our country labor force transfer, summarizes the barriers f actor of labor force transfer. In the seventh chapter, the author has some ponder of the rural labor force transfer, and proposes some measure and the suggestions.
