After China's accession to the WTO, the agriculture faces more challenges from the circulation realm of agricultural products. On one hand, foreign agricultural products enter domestic markets aggravated agricultural products competition; the other hand, agricultural exports also face competition in the international market and trade barriers. This means that the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products to enter the international market has increased significantly, the agricultural product circulation system is bound to bring about tremendous changes. To meet the more intense market competition needs of China's accession to the WTO. Retailers continuously improve the organization and modernization level of consumer guide and standardize the market order; we must take practical and effective measures to promote the development of agricultural chain. As the world's most dynamic business in a manner, Chain of commodities and services has been actively promoted in our country, and have shown great potential for development. In recent years, our country agricultural product chain operation has begun in some areas, and has achieved initial progress. But, the level of development is still very low, while the reform of the circulation system of agricultural products in China started late, we need to study and find out theories and methods that suits China's agricultural chain operation, which can guide our country farmers and enterprises operating practice and fatherly promote the rapid development of China's agriculture.This thesis makes use of theory analysis, comparison analysis, and experience analysis, on the basis of expounding the agricultural product chain management basic theories , analyzes many problems existing in agricultural product chain management by the numbers, and learns experiences in developing agricultural product chain management from foreign advanced countries, and brings forward corresponding suggestions about how to accelerate the development of agricultural product chain management in our country. On the whole, this thesis includes four parts.Part I: Prologue. To clarify that the purpose of this studies, as well as the review of literature on the agricultural chain. Part II: Research on the present situation of China's agricultural products chain. First, to judge the stage of the agricultural chain: China's agricultural products chain in the early stages of development. Secondly, to analyses the main participation of agricultural products chain management in China. The third, to show the main model of China's agricultural chain, the three main models of agricultural products chain in our country, meanwhile chain successful case - "Baja model" for the analysis. The fourth, the explanation of the existing problems in China's agricultural products chain.Part III: An International Comparison of operating model of agricultural product chain management. Because the author master limited material, mainly to introduce the U.S. and Japan's agricultural product chain model. United States adopts "integration" of agriculture, farmers in Japan, primarily through the association to complete the agricultural chain.Part IV: The policy recommendations to promote the development of our country agricultural product chain management. First, to strengthen personnel training, and to improve the employees quality. Secondly, the development of the market intermediary organizations, to establish the intermediary docking mechanism. Third, to establish and improve the quality system of agricultural products detection and continuously improve the quality of agricultural products. Fourth, to develop the new transaction way vigorously. Fifth, to perfect information technology construction.
