A Probe Into The Innovation Of The Managerial System Of State-owned Assets

State-owned assets, which are in the form of state-owned economy in our country, are not only one of the important parts of modern market economy, but also function as one of the important macro-control ways used by our country to control the economy. Though there is a large scale state-owned assets in China, which contributes quite a lot to the development of economy and society, our managerial system of state-owned assets is old-fashioned. Therefore, it is urgent and important to construct a more scientific, reasonable and efficient system of state-owned assets. The paper first discussed the status quo of our country's managerial system of state-owned assets, then analyzed some successful experiences in state-owned assets managerial pattern of foreign countries, and at last offered some suggestions useful in the innovation of the old managerial system of state-owned assets. The paper falls into the following six parts:The first part is a brief review of the managerial system of state-owned assets and the relevant theories on which the paper is based.In the first chapter, the author mainly made a brief introduction of the state-owned assets on the whole, such as its definition, classification etc.The second chapter is a panorama of the managerial system of state-owned assets which includes the definition, key factors and reformation of state-owned assets etc.The third chapter is an analysis of various theories relevant to management of state-owned assets Chapter four mainly deals with a discussion of the management patterns of state-owned assets in western countries from which we can profit a lot in the creation of a better managerial system of state-owned assets.In the last chapter the author proposed six proposals useful in the innovation of the old managerial system of state-owned assets, after a discussion of the current managerial system of state-owned assets in our country.
