Under the background of global economic integration, knowledge becomes the most meaning and the most influencial factor in today society, and knowledge employee becomes the most important power in society. The coming of knowledge economy changes people' living manner, it improves people's living standard and living quality quickly. However, people have more and more job stress as the consequence. With job stressors more and stronger in organizations, employees, especially knowledge employees have different levels of job burnout. Job burnout reflects languorous psychological and behavior symptom that is generated by personal resources consumed continuously that is generate by the feeling of unbalance of resources and demand in the long work stress, it will bring unfavorable influence to employee, organization, family and society.Through the discussions of the job burnout, this study aims at understanding the situation of job stress and job burnout of Chinese knowledge employees, discussing differences of stressors and job burnout in the demography variables, analyzing the relationship between stressor and job burnout, as well as job burnout's influence on the result variables, such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention, in order to offer suggestions to organization to reduce employees" job burnout.This study selects knowledge employee as its object, job burnout is its main content, using methods of exploring factor analysis, T test and one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis to do the study of the structure of job burnout, the difference of job burnout in the demography variables as well as the relationship between job burnout and stressor, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention.The result indicated that job burnout of Chinese knowledge employee include three dimensions: exhaustion, cynicism and decreased professional self-efficacy, in which cynicism is most serious, the following is exhaustion and decreased professional self-efficacy. The stressors of Chinese knowledge employee are career development stress, organizational limitation, role stress, work burden stress and interpersonal relationship stress, the whole level of the stress is higher; the knowledge employees that are different sex, different age, different education level, different marriage situation and different position have different feeling of job burnout and stressors; stressors with job burnout have obvious positive relationship, and the stressors can forecast job burnout; the relationships between job burnout and work satisfaction, organizational commitment are obvious negative, between turnover intention is obvious positive, and job burnout have influence on work satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention; job stressors with work satisfaction, organizational commitment have obvious negative relationship, with turnover intention is obvious positive, and job stressors have influence on work satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention.Finally, author puts forward suggestions in human resource management view to reduce the knowledge employee feel of job burnout according the study result.
