Investigation On Adjustment And Optimization Of Agricultural Structures In Zhuji City Of Zhejiang Province

To promote adjustment of agricultural structure is a breakthrough point for realizing developments of agriculture and rural economy and society and also is an inevitable trend of agricultural development. With the joining to WTO of our country, jointing of domestic and international agricultural products markets and transforming of market from selling to buying, China agriculture development was facing new challenging that agriculture development was limited not only by resource supply but also market demand, was required not only to realize quantity increasing but also quality improvement and was asked to meet the demands of domestic and international markets. Under these new situations, structure and quality of agricultural products will be determined by diversification, high quality and characterization of agricultural production. Therefore, further adjustment and optimization of agricultural structure to adapt deep reform and market demands became a key point to ensure effective and sustainable development of agriculture of Zhuji city.In this paper, the succession and current situation of agricultural structures of Zhuji city were analyzed on basis of analyzing characteristics of agricultural structures of whole country and Zhejian province, the problems existing in current structures of Zhuji city such as unclear objectives of adjustment, poor risk resistance ability, low degree of industrialization, lacking technology, increasing difficult of technology extension, unreasonable agricultural variety and product quality structures, low productive efficiency and limited control ability of government in adjustment ,were pointed out under the background of adjustment of whole country agricultural structures. Meanwhile, the adjustment and optimization Countermeasures were put forward, the proposed Countermeasures included to optimize regional agricultural structures, to enforce technology extension and application, to promote industrialization and raise the level of agricultural industry, to strengthen infrastructure construction, to implement oversea guiding strategies, to accelerate construction of agricultural standardization system, to ensure safe production; to invert government functions and improve instruction methods ; to enhance construction of farmer special cooperative organization and innovate management system, to develop rural human resources and so on.
