Study Of Procurement And Distribution Among Supply Chain Management Of Beer Industry

As a typical Industry, there are many problems on the supply chain management (SCM) of Beer Industry, Which is worth studying for use and theory. This paper aims to provide some useful guidance for SCM of Beer Industry, and want to give solutions or measures against the questions in SCM of Beer Industry. This paper adopts methods of comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative combination.Firstly, it lodges the background and reality sense of the research task, analyzes the research conditions of SCM and the reality of Beer Industry's SCM abroad and home. Then it brings forward the necessity and impendence for improving the level of SCM in Beer Industry in our country.Secondly, it gives the concept, contents and structures of the supply chain and SCM, and then explores the core competitive power and its main factors. Meanwhile it concludes the strategies for enhancing the competitive power of supply chain. On this basis, it researches the sources and the phenomena of uncertainty in SCM and the countermeasures against the uncertainty.Thirdly, based on the reality and character of Beer Industry, it explores the structure of beer supply chain. It compares the difference between beer supply chain and others. Finally, as for the procurement of main material, in order to minimizing order cost and holding cost, the method of dynamic stock level and optimal order quantity adjusted with seasonal coefficient is applied in this paper. Based on the gaming analysis model, it gets the measures to realize the friendly cooperation between beer enterprise and its dealer.
