Research On Grey Mathematical Model Of Rural Endowment Insurance

In the fields of economy, finance, military affairs and engineer projects, because of the influence of some disturbing factors on observation data, it cause that partial information is known and others are unknown. The uncertain system about small sample and poor information are the study object of grey system themes. The actual world is described and recognized accurately by generating and developing the partial known information. So the grey system theory and the problem of decesion are integrated. The problems of the grey forecasting and grey relational decision are discussed in the thesis.The theoretic section of the theme is mainly based on grey system theory and method. The problems of the grey forecasting model and grey decision model are studied respectively. Particularly, innovation of this thesis is as follows:i) Acording to the fault of parameters in GM(1,1) model, we find a comparative reasonable method of determining parameters;ii) Using MATLAB language, we develop the application software on the problems of grey forecasting model and grey relational decision model and make computing time and amount reducing; The application section of the theme is as follows:i) the generally grey and balanced model could be set up in the three fund-raising scheme for the our country rural endowment insurance— accept money down system now, parts of backlog system, complete backlog system ,and the expression type of model solution could be obtained.ii) by utilizing optimization of parameter in GM(1,1) model and the history data , the generally grey and balanced mathematics model is predicted and estimated;iii) making use of the grey relational decision model ,we get superior fund-raising scheme ,which could make effect maximum of the rural worker personaland the rural economic profits ,which could be in keeping with our country rural state of the nation project.
