Study On Household Land Transfrerence

The transference of farmland access is an effective way to resolve the land utilization of making the land smaller and smaller and leaving the land unused in our country at present, having an important function to optimize the land resource distribution, improve the land utilization efficiency, promote the agricultural structural adjustment and promote the increase of peasants' income and the rural economy development. At present the farmland transference degree is very low, and the majority of the farmland are still in the scattered management of the small scale. Therefore the systematical study on the various influence factors of the farmland transference undoubtedly has important social efforts for advancing the development of the farmland transference.This paper is mainly based on farmer behavior theory, scale effecting and Clark theory, and explained the core reason of the land transference, and we also using the data of Hunan, Yunnan and Guizhou to work out the factors of farmers land transference behavior. And then we give the suggestions to the government policy which can make the land transferred much smoothly. This paper includes seven parts:The first part is the introduction of the paper. It mainly talks about the research background and the research sense, we also have an introduction of the research actuality of inside and outside of farmer model, land system and farmer land transference, on which we put forward the research measure and the main idea of the paper.The second part mainly talks about the land transference theory. The economy development and the social environment make the land transference been true, we also analyze the direct factor of the land transference, the farmer behavior theory, scale affection and Clark theory are the theory base of the land transference. This paper also gives out the meaning of the land transference.The third part mainly talks about the basic situation of our country.
