In the knowledge economy, knowledge management is the key factor in management strategy, which enables an organization to fully utilize its most valuable resources such as team skill, talented people and experience, and improves the ability to face market challenges and chances. However, a wise manager realizes at the same time that knowledge management is not a simple problem. They find that an organization will usually lose its competitive advantage when an important person leaves. So, when managers are trying their best to find and make full use of talented people, how to encourage employees to share their knowledge, realize the transfer from human capital to organizational capital, and improve organization wisdom and market competence, has become the first task of managers.Managers have gradually learned about the importance of knowledge sharing to organization success. They have also realized that technology can make knowledge sharing possible. Thus many organizations have adopted technique and methods that can promote knowledge sharing, such as building knowledge database, discussing working experience, and so on. However, there are neither perfect theories nor practicable methods either in the field of academic or in the practice of corporation. In this article, the author tries to give an answer to this question by analyzing both the environment support and the framework building of knowledge sharing, and bring forward different techniques and methods for sharing different knowledge .There is much more to be added and improved in further research. Compared with other research results in this field, the main innovations of this article include:1 , Recategoring knowledge. The author beyond the method to classify knowledge into "implicit knowledge" and "explicit knowledge ", and brought forward new concepts as "the id knowledge" , "the ego knowledge" and "the superego knowledge".2, A new framework of knowledge sharing. It covers three types of knowledge through which the transfer of knowledge on four levels are accomplished.3, Analysis the correlations relations of the four main factors of environment support.
