Today, the economical globalization deepens day by day,the competition among enterprises focus on the human resources, especially human capital development use.Human resources management rise from the daily function management to the component of the strategic management of the enterprise. Pay management is the core content of human resources management, it is a key work for the long-term development strategy of an enterprise to design scientific and reasonable salaries management system for attracting and retaining qualified personnel which the development needs.This article takes the salary system of a joint stock system high-tech enterprise-DH Corporation as the research object. This article first elaborates the classical and the modern salary theory and the drive theory, analysis the overseas main salary control system development present situation and the model significance for company. It lays a foundation for designing salary system of DH company;Next, by the investigation of staff salary degree of satisfaction, it analysis the DH Corporation salary present situation, the question is pointed out that the pay strategy doesn't match with corporate strategy in the present salary system, the basic wage doesn't combine the individual performance, the salary assignment way is single and the long-term drive is insufficient and so on;Third, it confirms the design flow and design principles of pay system. It formulates company's salary strategy according to the company's operating strategy and the growth and development stage. Then it makes the post appraisal by utilizing the AHP- fuzzy synthesis appraisal model in the post analysis foundation, it designs the suited salary plan for different personnel of DH company;Finally,it compares the old salary system to the new salary system of DH Corporation,discussed the measures implementation of DH companies pay system.This article combines theory and practice, the study conclude has some target to DH company, it has practical value in practice of enterprise pay management and can be used for reference by similar enterprises.
