Research On Run-By-Private-Capital Manufacturing Enterprises' Transnational Operations In Taizhou

Along with the development of the economic globalization, the government of china pays more and closer attention to the position of non-government enterprises, whose development has the strategy meaning to China' s economy and society. China' s entering into WTO entitles non-government enterprises more opportunity to develop themselves. Non-government enterprises are conditional and potential to be the main body of transnational operations, which can be also applied to non-government manufacturing enterprises in Taizhou. Especially after the entry into the medium-stage of industrialization, transnational operation is a practical and feasible opt for non-government manufacturing enterprises in Taizhou.Firstly, this dissertation begins with the meanings of non-government enterprises and transnational operations and briefly introduces the traditional theories of transnational operations, along their evolution and development route.Secondly, this dissertation bases on "the theory of small-scale technology", "the theory of localization of technology" and "the theory of tradeoff of transnational production" , and analyses the application of the above three theories to the transnational operations of non-government manufacturing enterprises in Taizhou, then gaining theoretical support for the latter research.Thirdly, this dissertation stands the foundation of economicglobalization and the development of non-government manufacturing enterprises in Taizhou, analyses the situation and feature of non-government manufacturing enterprises in Taizhou deeply, and then discusses the necessity and possibility of transnational operations.Fourthly, with the foundation of abundant facts and data, this dissertation analyzes the actuality of transnational operations for non-government manufacturing enterprises in Taizhou in detail, and probes into a series of factors which will work on transnational operations,...
