| The manufacturing industry is a pillar industry of the national economy and an important reflection of the country’s creativity,competitiveness and comprehensive national strength.The "Top 20" report also proposed that the focus of economic development should be placed on the real economy and speed up the building of a strong manufacturing country.Under the background of "Made in China 2025" and European and American countries’ servitization of manufacturing industry successively,it is particularly critical to clarify the servitization status and influencing factors of Chinese manufacturing enterprises,especially transnational manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,this paper reviews the concepts and theories about servitization of manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad.Secondly,taking Chinese A-share transnational manufacturing enterprises as samples,this paper analyzes the servitization status of Chinese transnational manufacturing enterprises based on the perspectives of business scope and service income by using manual finishing method.It is found that the overall introduction rate of servitization in Chinese transnational manufacturing enterprises is relatively high,and transnational manufacturing enterprises have the sense of servitization.However,servitization is mainly carried out based on their own advantages and characteristics,with a low degree of professionalism and limited contribution to enterprise income.Therefore,it needs to be further extended to the high-end of the value chain.It is believed that there is a certain correlation between the degree of serserization of our transnational manufacturing enterprises and the industry of the enterprises,the nature of ownership and the age of listing of the enterprises,so the competitiveness in the international market needs to be further strengthened.Thirdly,this article studies the factors that affect the service level of Chinese multinational manufacturing enterprises through positive analysis,we found that the degree of service of Chinese multinational manufacturing enterprises is positively correlated with the otherness of products,it is positively correlated with market power,it is positively correlated with the technical innovation ability of the enterprise,it is positively correlated with the quality of employees,and it is positively correlated with the asset stickiness.Among them,product uniqueness has the greatest influence.Finally,based on the influencing factors obtained from the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the modes for manufacturing enterprises to choose: the mode of extending the value chain based on product advantages,the mode of increasing the added value based on technological innovation,and the service mode led by the organizational structure. |
