The Economic Efficiency Research On China's Exports Encouragement Trade Policy

China is entering into the intermediate economic phase from the undeveloped phase. The costal areas are in the transition to the advanced phase from the intermediate phase. At these periods, labor and capital factors have been explored and availed in the industrial departments. The export departments have given priority to the labor-intensive export products such as textile, leather, food machining, construction materials. At the same time, the capital-intensive goods such as durable consumig products, chems, resource are also developing and exporting a lot. Follow this stage of economic development to the exportation encouragement trade policy objectives are : Using capital-labor intensive and capital-technology intensive export products to replace labor intensive and resource intensive export products, fully taping the high yields of modern production factors, transiting the policy from encouraging the expansion of export quatities to the export quality and structural optimization, improving the export encouragement trade policy's economic efficiency.From 1996 to 2005, china experienced a important incident in the international trade field, accessing to the WTO. Generally speaking, China's export policy is orienting to the trade liberalization, but it still lacks efficiency in the implementation and combination of certain specific policy tools.
