In recent years, the sale of automobiles in our country rises year by year, whatever vehicles used for riding or commercial vehicles, appear various rise in sale. Many industrial outside public figures also join in this industry because of the bloom of the automobile industry. Main manufacturers oversea establish joint-venture corporations in the domestic and foreign countries one after another, and there are also many enterprises in domestic stepping in the automobile production. More independent enterprises have derived from the original auto-selling enterprises, people who aren't engaged in automobile industry also inrush into this field drove by the benefit massively. The change of the market competition pattern attacks companies'management idea unceasingly. Along with the unceasing scale expansion of enterprises, enterprises face more and more difficulties and challenges. It is very important that how to deal with the influence of external environment of enterprises in the developing process and solve enterprises'own insufficiency to enable the enterprises to consolidate and strengthen its competition status in the intense market competition unceasingly in order to realize the last and healthy development and the formulation and implementation of the business strategy is very important.This paper takes the Hunan local auto-sale service private enterprise (DaCheng Automobil Trade Business) as the research background, on the base of related strategic management theories, from LowDi's politics and financial circumstances, automobile industry development condition, auto sale service industry, corporation's growth history to business capacity and market status, makes the detailed analysis separately to the exterior macroscopic environment and the internal microscopic environment of the accomplished the steam trade company, then discovers the exterior opportunity and exterior threat, internal superiority and internal weakness of the enterprise using the SWOT model. Finally the suitable business development strategy has been reached, the overall idea of the strategy is the concentric multiplex developmental strategy, and has been supported by the corresponding protection measures from five aspects.This paper also probes into our country's automobile industry to find a way to grow strong and enormous in the globalization background.
