Economic Performance Research On Comprehensive Utilization Of Space Resource Of Urban Rail Transit

Twenty first century, it is generally realized by all the countries in the world that developing the public transit system is the fundamental way to solve the city transit problem. Large transit quality, quick rapid and good environment protection are the main characteristics of urban rail transit, so it plays an important role in solving city transit jams, improving city space structure, protecting city environment and promoting city sustainable development. However, according to the constructing and operating actuality, most urban rail transits are still allowanced by the government with a low profit except Hong Kong.As quasi city public goods, the urban rail transit has great external benefit. Besides representing the part that rail transit's direct users can get, the economic benefit also includes the social economic benefit which can accelerate and drive development of other relevant industrial department. Namely the external benefit affects the valve of the urban rail transit's space resource.This thesis makes an analysis on the integrated use and the economic benefit of the urban rail transit, in order to provide academic guidance to the development and operate of the rail transit. Consequently, the rail transit can be developed in beneficial cycle.Firstly, this thesis is compartmentalized three parts based on the conception of the urban rail transit's space resource: soil resource, advertisement resource and other space resources in the station. And then, it discusses that how to use the three resources.Secondly, it analyzes the economic benefit of the integrated use of the urban rail transit's space resource. On the aspect of soil resource, it is established the model of economic benefit of soil exploitation of Wuhan rail transit; On the aspect of advertisement resource, its evaluation method is analyzed, and some suggestions was taken about the development of the advertisement operation of Wuhan rail transit; On the aspect of other space resources in the station, its evaluation method is mainly analyzed.Finally, the problem of external benefit's return from the urban rail transit's space resource is analyzed. It is discussed from four aspects: firstly, the gist of the external benefit's return theory is introduced; secondly, the model of calculating the amount of external benefit's return is established, in order to illuminate how to distribute the external benefit among investors; thirdly, the mode of the external benefit's return is introduced; finally, some suggestions was given about how to choose the mode of the external benefit's return in Wuhan rail transit...
