Under such situation, management accounting should service for it, performance evaluation system should do she same. And key competitive power is decided by many factors, those factors are so important that they influence strategy, they should be fully reflected in performance evaluation system. Based on it, this thesis puts forward the concrete steps of constructing BSC performance evaluation system. Meanwhile, combining the performance characteristics of engineering project, this thesis applies BSC performance evaluation theory to the field of engineering project performance evaluation, to illuminate the process of constructing engineering project BSC performance evaluation system. Finally, it explains the problems that should notice while constructing it and limitation of this thesis.Engineering project BSC performance evaluation system is very important for construction enterprises, whatever in implementing strategy effectively, improving the level of engineering project management, defining the space of improving performance, improving construction enterprise management or increasing economic efficiency.
