Research And Application On Maintenance Integration Management Of Equipment In Hydropower Enterprises

With the deepening of electric power systemreformation, electrical enterprises will face the challenges of the market economy and the circumstance that dividing electrical plants from electric power net and biding to access electric power net. Maintenance management of equipment is a very important part of the normal operation of hydropower enterprises. The quality of maintenance will determine the safe and reliable and long-term operation of hydropower enterprises. Consequently, it has a direct impact on the profit making of power generation, and it affects the improving of working efficiency and the completion of economic indicators in the power system. Therefore, the process how to effectively regulate and manage maintenance of equipment brings many problems which urgently need to be solved in hydroelectric enterprises.Based on the relevant researches of domestic and abroad, the model of Maintenance Management in hydropower enterprises is studied and analyzed in this work. Through analyzing and comparing the Maintenance Management models of domestic and overseas hydropower enterprises, this work presents the integration model of Maintenance Management and analyzes as well as evaluates the application of this model in practices.Firstly, this paper summarizes the style of maintenance management of domestic and foreign hydropower enterprises. The statuses in quo and existent problems of old hydropower enterprises are summarized based on practical investigation. In view of the existing problems in maintenance management, the project Maintenance Integration Management is then put forward. On this basis, the demand for maintenance integration management in hydropower enterprises is concluded to point out the direction of Maintenance Integration Management of hydropower enterprises.Secondly, though the study of integration management in intension; operation mechanism, the operational procedures of system, integrated management strategies and the support system of tactics, a framework for maintenance integrated management is established. In this foundation, the paper proposes the pattern of maintenance integration management, which translates a pure project of maintenance management into an organic system.
