Many successful enterprises'experience indicates that human resource is the most important resource and the key production element in organizations. Talented person brings enterprise core competitive power and competitive advantages in the future. The importance of repecting ,training and protecting talented person is recognized by almost all modern enterprise especially by insurance company because that human resource dominates whether the enterprise can win in competition. Nowadays, with the rapid development of insurance business, the quantity and quality of talents in insurance determines the success or not of the whole industry . Thus the purpose of this paper is to find the reason of talents transferring and carry out the way to solve this problem. First of all, this paper discovers the phenomenon and the character of talents transferring based on the background of insurance industry. Secondly, this paper analyzes the reason of talents transferring in insurance industry using the transaction cost theory, entrusted theory and the organization life theory. This paper indicates that social environment, enterprise and individual are primary factors causing talents transferring. Research technique of this paper includes economic and mathematic methods such as contrast analysis, qualitative research, quantitative research, demonstration analysis and graph analysis. Finally, this paper points out strategy to solve talents transferring problem in insurance company .The strategy is to select and use talents in right way and establish the excellent business culture. The insurance industry can finally realize healthy and continues development.
