Chinese culture or Chinese philosophy is characterized by looking things wholly and dialectically, it stresses a lot of thoughts, such as s thinking of human being as the essence, harmonizing softness and hardness, coordinating emotion and disposition, replacing profit with morality. It emphasizes the harmony about human being. Under the influence of Chinese traditional culture,the foundation of the harmonious management theory is based on the appearance of the old three theory and new three theory coming in succession in the 20th century. With the economic globalization and the arrival of knowledge- based economy, this theory has been constantly utilized in the field of politics, economy, etc by those western and eastern management experts. Especially in the process of economic management, with the harmonious mechanism ,proper use of this theory resulted in the inner decreased cost and enhanced achievement, it fully exerted its superiority in management.After years of reform, the modern enterprise system has been basically established in state-owned enterprises, but a lot of disharmony voice of state-owned enterprises appeared, have made a lot of internal friction, posed a serious impediment to the development of the state-owned enterprises. At present, state-owned enterprises are at a critical stage of reform, many experts proposed various ideas and measures to improve the management of state-owned enterprises. The paper aims to conduct useful exploration in reducing internal friction to achieve the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises from the harmonious management perspective.
