The Construction Of The Vocational Education Base For Rural Migrant Labor

The construction of the vocational education base for rural migrant labor is a research subject that is very realistic and close to the theme of establishing a harmonious society. It is not only related with settlement for the migration of the rural labor, but also related with the development direction of our country's education, which are two heat and urgent issues currently. Currently, we have already got theory and real basis for carrying out vocational education for rural migrant labor totally. Therefore we should master the lifeline of this era, and integrate all current resources, as a result of which the issues of settlement of migration, employment, vocational education faced by rural labor area will be resolved in the most intensive way of using resource. This dissertation has elaborated on the necessity of constructing vocational education base for rural migrant labor from three angels, which are the essence of the constructing vocational education base for rural migrant labor, the demand of the labor force market, and the influence of constructing vocational education base for rural migrant labor. It has gone deep into investigation and discussion about type, scale, pattern and supporting system of vocational education base for rural migrant labor combining with the qualitative and quantitative analysis method. Finally, taking Jiangsu province as an example, this dissertation carries out demonstration analysis on scale, pattern of the vocational education base for migrant labor based on polices that Jiangsu provincial government and the department concerned has adopted. Hope that it will be used for reference about development of our country's vocational education cause from theoretical and the realistic angle.
