To solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is a necessity for increasing farmers'income and promoting agriculture, rural areas'development and new socialist building, as well as essential in keeping national economy growing speedily, sustainably, steadily and coordinately and in building well-off, harmonious and stable society. Not only is this a great economic issue but an immense political issue. To exploit rural labor force source is a way to settle the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers as well as a necessity to change an agricultural country to an industrial one.Rural labor force in China characterizes low level and low quality, which delays the development of agriculture modernization and rural economy. Facing the significance and the urgency of developing rural labor force resource, vocational education can help farmers to apply what they have learned, which is helpful to popularize agricultural technology and expand employment opportunities. Vocational education has been a critical way for exploiting rural labor force resource.Taking new socialist countryside construction as background and rural economy's leap-type development and building a well-off society in an all-round way as theme, this paper focus on the exploitation of rural labor force resource and emphasizes the importance of vocational education in rural labor force exploitation. Though the analyzing the current situation and main problem in vocational education and rural labor force resource in China, studying the vocational education theory on rural labor force resource and stressing the necessity of conducting labor force training in rural areas, this paper studied the mechanism and strategy of agricultural vocational education and put forward some suggestions related to policies on agricultural vocational educational in China.
