The Evaluation And Demonstration Analysis Of The Science & Technology Competition Of New & High-Tech Industry

The developing trend of technology and industry in the future is represented by the New&High-tech which is the competitive commanding point in the field of international economy and technology. Today, a technology-cored change is taking place all over the world. As the more and more international economic competition that China takes par in, the domestic New&High-tech industry is tracing the high level in the world and making some progress.The research of the industry competition of the New&Hhigh-tech industry had been already taken by several provinces or cities in the domestic area, which was paid more attention to the international or a certain respect of competition of the industry but seldom notice the science and technology competition of the high-tech industry.The key of developing the competition of the New&High-tech industry lies in promoting regional competitiveness of high-tech industry. This study is based on the relative theories and conceptions, according to its feature, to provide the definition and affected factors of the high-tech industry, and by means of such methods as Relevant Analysis and Analytic Discriminability to choose the proper indexes and building an evaluation index system.We take Jiangsu Province as the object of the demonstration analysis by means of such as Factor Analysis, Input&Output analysis and DEA analysis to analyze the level of the high-tech of industry in different aspects and figure out the existing problems. Then proposed some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the high-tech industry of Jiangsu province in order to give a guidance to the test of the level of the New&High-tech Industry in the other areas in china and the development of the New&High-tech industry on strategy in our country.
