| Along with the coming of knowledge economic era the further development of globalization, the enterprise has to face rapid changed environment and tough competition. It is very important to the success of the enterprise to establish a system to evaluate the enterprise performance and the strategic execution timely and accurately.As an effective tool of management, The Balanced Scorecard(BSC)had been widely applied in the evaluation of the enterprise performance. It provides an unabridged systems for enterprises through transforming the object of performance management from employees to corporate strategy. BSC is an effective management tool of successfully analyzing the key factors which can be examined and quantified to corporate strategy. More and more attention had been paid to the issue of how to use this tool effectively.This article obtains from the BSC idea research, has carried on the system analysis to TaiYang Securities corporation strategy and the original performance appraisal system, shows that Improving the enterprise performance evaluation system is necessary and feasible. Then, we design four aspects index system of finance, customer, internal process, study and development basis on analysis strategy map and key successful factor, and design the weight of the index by AHP. Adopts the historical data and the profession range pole carries on the quality synthetic evaluation, Effectively attenuated in the performance appraisal the subjective factor influence, Thus constructs the enterprise new performance appraisal.This article uses the method which the theoretical analysis and the actual operation unifies. Through applies the BSC the comprehensive appraisal tool to TaiYang Securities corporation, causes the enterprise the strategic target and various departments, various staffs' work behavior organic synthesis, and provides a detailed pattern and example for Chinese enterprises to introduce the BSC into the enterprise administration. |
