Research On Proprietary Knowledge Services And Its Platform For Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

Economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition promote the product life cycle becoming shorter and shorter. To occupied active in the market, innovative products are in the high demands of enterprises, especially of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). They are confined to limited technologies, financial strength, and cannot meet the ever increasing demands from customers and communities just relying on its own. Thus there is an urgent need to provide professional and speedy knowledge services.Patent, as a technical knowledge, is the most effective carrier for technical information. It has the features of advantage and time-effectiveness, and is extremely important for technological innovation of SMEs. This paper analyzes the product technological innovation and proprietary knowledge service, and is focused on the study of the process and features of the SME proprietary knowledge service. The main research contents and the results are as follows:Proposed a TRIZ based patent analysis method through the study of TRIZ theory. According to the characteristics of patent documents, patents are first analyzed with the aid of TRIZ theory, and the relative proprietary knowledge can be extracted, then an in-depth analysis and study of the patent are carried out from different levels, finally the study results can guide the innovative activities of SMEs.
