Since the housing reform in China in 1987, the domestic real-estate market has changed a lot. In order to meet the practical demand in domestic market, Chinese scholars had done a deep research in the following areas, such as land using right pricing, real-estate assessment and so on, the content includes principles of land pricing, urban land assessment, basic land pricing, urban land income analysis and so on. After the reform, urban residents can improve their living condition, release personality and the life conception has changed. Housing is no longer an obstacle in job hunting. Meanwhile, people who own a house in China only have a 70-year using right of the residential land, so what could house and land be after the 70 years is a big problem that concerns a wide range of people.The extending period problem of using right for residential houses must be treated carefully because it is related to 1.3 billion Chinese and has an influence in the country's stabilization.
